Background

Lisa’s practice focuses on business transactions, including entity formation, corporate compliance and governance matters, contract drafting and review, and commercial real estate matters. Lisa previously served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Michael W. Mosman, U.S. District Court Judge for the District of Oregon, where she researched a range of legal issues, drafted memoranda, and participated in trial preparation. She also served as the submissions editor of the Lewis & Clark Law Review and published a detailed analysis of the highly controversial Durbin Amendment, part of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010.
