Overview
Lisa devotes a substantial portion of her practice to creating estate plans that are tailored to meet the client’s individualized needs through sophisticated estate planning techniques, wealth preservation, and asset protection planning strategies. Lisa’s practice also focuses on business transactions, including corporate compliance and governance matters, employment matters, mergers and acquisitions, and succession planning for small businesses. Lisa’s previous work in litigation, including serving as a judicial extern to Honorable Michael W. Mosman, US District Judge for the District of Oregon, allows her to fully advise clients with respect to managing risk and navigating complex issues.
The vibrant Pacific Northwest landscape brought Arizona native Lisa to Portland, and in her time away from the office she enjoys exploring the region and sailing with her family.
